Ezra Furman introduces his new album Twelve Nudes as their punk record, delivering another incendiary and inspiring classic.
The album kicks off with the insanely catchy opening track and lead single, "Calm Down" (aka ‘I Should Not Be Alone’), clocking in at a compact two minutes and 22 seconds.
Twelve Nudes was mixed by the esteemed producer John Congleton (known for his work with Sharon van Etten, St Vincent, John Grant).
Furman cites two spiritual heroes for the album - the late great punk rock rocker Jay Reatard, and Canadian poet, philosopher, and essayist Anne Carson.
The album is characterized by sharp, lacerating observations, confessions, and proclamations, with Furman serving as the indefatigable cheerleader.
In "Transition From Nowhere To Nowhere," he belts out, “And if you’re really at the end of your rope / No you don’t take the night off / Too many demons to fight off.”
Twelve Nudes showcases a musical style that is less stereotypical punk and more raw, raucous rock’n’roll.
Tracks like "I Wanna Be Your Girlfriend" and "In America" reflect Furman’s influences from ‘50s doo-wop and Springsteen, while "Trauma" channels the molten and leaden vibes of Black Sabbath.
However, in songs like "Rated R Crusaders," "Thermometer," "My Teeth Hurt" (featuring a lyrical reference to “dental insurance”), and the 58-second blitz of "Blown," the album keeps the punk rock energy alive and kicking.
This LP edition includes 180 Gram Yellow Vinyl housed in a Gatefold Sleeve and a Poster, making it a must-have for fans of Ezra Furman and punk rock enthusiasts alike.

To qualify for free delivery please expect all your items to be delivered in one package i.e if you have ordered a 'pre-order' item please expect to wait until all your items are available before any are delivered.
We send our packages via Royal Mail. While we endeavour to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, once it has left our depot it is out of our hands and we cannot be held responsible for any packages arriving later than expected.
Packaging
All our items are packaged in good quality cardboard packaging which should prevent any damage during transit. Please kindly note that any clingfilm or shrink wrap around the item is not considered part of the product.
Returns
If you decide that a product is not suitable within 30 days of delivery, you can return it to us at your own cost for a replacement or refund. Returns must be unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. Return address information will be included with your purchase.

Refunds
Refunds will be issues to the card that was used to purchase the item.
Refunds for returned items will be issued once the item has been received and checked.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address being supplied or because it was not collected from a local depot, an additional postage fee will be payable in order to resend. We will contact you to arrange this before anything is resent.
